Stamps.com Inc. (STMP) rose during the first hour of trade Wednesday and extended its gains in the first half of the afternoon. The stock ended the day higher by 1.68 at $19.64 on strong volume.
Stamps.com has been climbing for the past week and a half and closed Wednesday at a new high for the year.
