Bon Jovi latest album Forever has failed to meet expectations, as it drops off all-genre Billboard 200 chart after just one week on the tally.
Forever made a strong debut at No. 5 on the Billboard 200, earning the the band's 14th top 10 album. In its first tracking week, the record moved 50,000 equivalent units.
However, despite heavy promotions and the strong debut, the album tumbled below the No. 200 position.
Forever now stands as Bon Jovi's first proper studio album to manage just one week on the Billboard 200. Unless the record returns to the chart, Forever will be the first Bon Jovi studio album to only last one week in the Top 200.
The band's previous album, 2020's pandemic-delayed 2020, only notched two weeks on the chart. It debuted at No. 19, then fell 126 spots the following week before departing from the chart.
