CoinShares To Go Public In U.S. Via $1.2 Bln Merger With Vine Hill Capital, Stock Up

CoinShares International Limited (CNSRF), a European digital asset manager, has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp. (VCIC).

The transaction will result in CoinShares becoming publicly listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market in the U.S. under a new entity, Odysseus Holdings Limited.

The move is expected to accelerate CoinShares' U.S. expansion and give investors greater access to its growing product portfolio. The merger has unanimous board approval and is expected to close by late 2025.

CNSRF is currently trading at $14.55, up $4.73 or 48.17 percent on the OTC Markets.
