Quantum BioPharma Shares Rise 18% Despite Disclosure Of Stock Manipulation Lawsuit

Quantum BioPharma Ltd. (QNTM) climbed 18.08 percent, or $1.63, to $10.52 on Monday, after the company disclosed that shareholder Paul Durkacz has filed a class action lawsuit alleging stock manipulation involving the company's shares.

Shares opened at $10.30 and traded between $10.05 and $11.49 during the session on the Nasdaq. Trading volume reached about 0.33 million shares, above the average daily volume of roughly 0.11 million shares.

Quantum BioPharma is currently trading within a 52-week range of $2.89 to $38.25.
