ICO Global Communications (Holdings) Limited (ICOG) announced that it has filed a "shelf" Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to comply with the terms and conditions of its private placement of Class A common stock completed last month.
In addition to the registration of the resale of 7.57 million shares of Class A common stock issued in the June private placement, the Registration Statement registers a variety of ICO equity and debt securities, up to $400 million, that may be sold in the future by ICO or certain of its other stockholders.
