Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (CLNE) announced that it has entered into a definitive purchase agreement with American Honda Motor Co., Inc. and the FuelMaker Trust to acquire FuelMaker Corporation of Toronto, Canada for US$17 million in cash.
Honda and Clean Energy have mutually agreed to terminate the purchase agreement in accordance with its terms.
