In an interview with RTT News, Nat Keohane, economist and member of the Environmental Defense Fund's Domestic Climate Policy Team discusses the Cap and Trade bill, saying the idea of an astronomical cost has gotten skewed. "The average American would be paying about $3 per month," according to Koehane's statistics. This is well off of the equivalent of a 15% tax hike that has been reported.
