Greece Producer Price Inflation Accelerates In January

Greece's producer price inflation accelerated in January, data from the Hellenic Statistical Authority Showed Wednesday.

Producer prices increased 7.5 percent annually in January, after falling to a 14-month low of 5.7 percent in December.

Output prices of goods sold in the domestic market grew 7.7 percent annually, while prices of non-domestic market goods grew 6.9 percent.

On a monthly basis, prices advanced 2.7 percent in January, following a 0.2 percent gain in December. This is the biggest price gain in two years.
