Swedish house prices remained unchanged sequentially in the first quarter, data released by Statistics Sweden showed Thursday.
Average prices of one-or-two-dwelling buildings remained unchanged at SEK 2.16 million quarter-over-quarter in the first quarter. The total number of purchases registered during the period was 4,765.
However, increase in prices were reported in nine out of 21 counties between the two quarters. Blekinge County, where house prices rose 6 percent, recorded the largest increase.
On an annual basis, average house prices decreased 2 percent during the three-month period, the agency said.
