Paul McCartney appeared on Thursday night's special live episode of NBC's 30 Rock.
In a joke pointing out how anything can happen on live TV, the former Beatle wandered onto the set looking for a bathroom. He then gave a friendly slap to the face for series star Alec Baldwin, who had previously said that McCartney would be his ideal guest star for the show.
Macca reappeared at the end of the episode for another cameo.
Other guests on the live 30 Rock included Donald Glover, Amy Poehler and Jimmy Fallon.
It is a busy time for McCartney. He is reissuing his 1971 classic Ram. The re-release comes with a standard album or a deluxe edition box set with four CDs, bonus songs, a DVD, a 112-page book, photo prints and handwritten notes and lyrics.
