Euro Extends Rally Amid German ZEW Survey Results

December ZEW economic sentiment survey results from Germany have been released at 5.00 am ET. The sentiment index rose much more than economists had expected.

The euro extended rally against its major rivals after the data. As of 5:04 am ET, the common currency was trading at 107.05 against the yen, 1.2975 against the dollar, 1.2113 against the Swiss franc and 0.8069 against the pound.
