Swedish House Prices Unchanged In November

Residential property prices in Sweden remained unchanged for the third successive month in November, data released by Statistics Sweden showed Friday.

Prices for one-or two-dwelling buildings remained unchanged from the previous month in November. House prices have remained unchanged every month since August.

The number of residential property transactions, meanwhile, dropped to 3,799 in November from 4,444 in October, the agency said.

During the September-November period, the house price index increased by 1 percent from the same period last year.

The average real estate price for a one-or two-dwelling building in Sweden was around SEK1.98 million during the three-month period.
