Mitch Ryder, the 60s rocker known for his track "Devil with a Blue Dress," was involved in a collision while driving home from a concert in Michigan earlier this month. He was joined by his wife and an undisclosed third passenger, none of whom were seriously injured.

The accident took place following Ryder's show at Callahan's Music Hall in Auburn Hills. According to the singer, a pickup truck swerved into oncoming traffic, hitting his Buick.

"I saw the headlights going for us and I had a split second to either drive towards oncoming traffic or towards the ditch," he told the Detroit News.

Airbags deployed after impact and Ryder's wife was briefly hospitalized for minor injuries. The driver of the pick-up failed sobriety tests.
