The US dollar extended Asian session's bearish trend versus most of its major rivals in early European deals on Wednesday. The greenback reached a session's lows of 0.9447 against the Swiss franc and 1.3059 against the euro around 3:45 am ET.
The dollar also reached a 5-day low of 95.57 against the yen around the same time. Against the pound, the greenback steadied at its Asian session's 5-day high of 1.4954.
If the US currency extends downtrend, likely support levels are seen at 1.50 against the sterling, 94.90 against the yen, 1.3075 against the euro and 0.9430 against the Swiss franc.
