Honolulu Police are investigating why an infant was left abandoned at Sandy Beach Park in Oahu on Sunday night.
Hawaii News Now reports that the child, an infant girl, was discovered between 11:00 PM and midnight by an adult female, aged 21, who had parked her car near the beach. She heard the baby's screams coming from the nearby sand.
