The US dollar dropped to 1.0351 against the Canadian dollar in late Asian deals on Monday, its weakest level since July 11 and was down 0.16 percent from last week's close of 1.0368.
The greenback-loonie pair has been swinging back and forth in a broader ascending channel since its recovery from a broken support at 0.9630 hit in September 2012. Next key levels to watch for the pair are 1.03 and 1.0250.
