The New Zealand dollar drifted lower against other major currencies in European deals on Friday.
The New Zealand currency slipped to more than a 2-week low of 0.7778 against the greenback, down from Thursday's close of 0.7837.
The kiwi hit 1.1570 against the aussie for the first time since July 24.
The kiwi fell to 1.7179 against the euro, lowest since December 2011.
Pulling back from an early multi-day high of 77.68 against the yen, the kiwi declined to 76.94.
