NZ Dollar Extends Slide Against Majors

The NZ dollar extended slide against other major currencies in the early European session on Wednesday.

The NZ dollar fell to 6-day lows of 1.0770 against the Australian dollar and 88.03 against the yen, from early highs of 1.0689 and 88.90, respectively. The kiwi closed yesterday's deals at 1.0696 against the aussie and 88.88 against the yen.

The NZ dollar fell to a 5-day low of 1.6058 against the euro. The pair closed yesterday's deals at 1.5934.

Against the U.S dollar, the kiwi fell to a 2-day low of 0.8667, from an early high of 0.8745. Yesterday's closing quote of the pair was worth 0.8741.

If the kiwi extends its downtrend, it is likely to find support around 1.08 against the aussie, 87.26 against the yen, 1.61 against the euro and 0.85 against the greenback.
