Metallica have released Glastallica, a short film to promote their appearance at Glastonbury. The vid, directed by Julian Temple, features a fox chase and the band dressed up as bears.
The band's appearance at the fest made waves with some who objected to having a metal band performed. The fracas didn't bother Lars Ulrich:
"I don't sit glued to the iPad following whoever is the next person who has an opinion about Metallica. I know that almost on a daily basis there is some musician somewhere who gets asked what he thinks about Glastonbury and Metallica, and I find the good in that — that after more than thirty years, we can still get talked about."
Metallica was joined by Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian, the Black Keys, Jack White, the 1975, Skrillex, the Pixies and MGMT, among others on the bill at Glasto.
The 2014 Glastonbury Festival went down June 25-29 in the U.K.
