Wirecard AG said Tuesday that according to preliminary figures, its fiscal year 2014 revenues rose 25% to EUR 600.8 million from 2013 revenue of EUR 481.7 million..Preliminary earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation grew by about 37% to EUR 173.0 million.
In the fourth quarter of 2014, revenue increased by 26% to EUR 176.6 million from prior-year figure of EUR 140.6 million, while EBITDA climbed 44% to EUR 52.0 million.
Given the positive business trends as well as the earnings contribution from M&A activities in December 2014, Wirecard raised its EBITDA forecast for 2015 to EUR 210 million to EUR 230 million from its prior guidance of EUR 205 million to EUR 225 million.
