Rackspace Hosting Inc. (RAX) reported fourth quarter EPS of $0.24 after the bell Tuesday, compared to $0.26 a year ago. Revenues increased by 10.7 percent to $523 million. The consensus estimates were for EPS of $0.23 and revenues of $521.39 million. The stock is now down 1.47 on 180K shares.
Rackspace rose during the first hour of trade Tuesday, before settling into a range. The stock closed up by 0.54 at $18.17.
