Live footage of the Beatles' legendary Shea Stadium concert is now set for a re-release. The new version will come as part of Ron Howard's new film Eight Days a Week: The Beatles Touring Years and will mark the first complete showing of the film since its initial broadcast as part of a 1967 ABC special.
"From a fan's point of view, it's great, it's exciting," Dave Schwensen, author of The Beatles at Shea Stadium, said via Billboard. "For all these years, we've had unofficial footage. I'd be very interested with today's technology how this stuff is going to look."
The Beatles Shea Stadium Set List:
"Twist and Shout"
"She's a Woman"
"I Feel Fine"
"Dizzy Miss Lizzy"
"Ticket to Ride"
"Everybody's Trying To Be My Baby"
