Malaysia's jobless rate remained unchanged in June, the Department of Statistics reported Thursday.
The unemployment rate came in at 3.4 percent in June, the same rate as seen in May. On a seasonally adjusted basis, the jobless rate rose marginally to 3.5 percent from 3.4 percent a month ago.
The labor force participation rate also held steady in June, at 67.7 percent.
At the same time, the number of unemployed fell to 501,800 from 504,800 a month ago.
