Sir Elton John has announced a ticket sale partnership with Twickets for his farewell tour.
Tickets for U.S. leg of his "Farewell Yellow Brick Road" tour have already been sold-out.
The music legend sought the help of Twickets, a global fan-to-fan ticket marketplace, to prevent the tickets being re-sold at hyped prices.
Elton John's final world tour kicks off in Allentown, Philadelphia, on September 8. He is scheduled to conduct more than 300 stage shows over the next three years.
Elton John was emotional in talking about the farewell tour that winds up his half-century-long music career. "I plan to bring the passion and creativity that has entertained my fans for decades to my final tour. After the tour finishes, I'm very much looking forward to closing off that chapter of my life by saying farewell to life on the road. I need to dedicate more time to raising my children."
