AMP Limited (AMLTF.PK,AMP.AX), an Australian retail wealth management and banking company, said on Friday that it has appointed Jackie Cleary as chief financial officer.
She most recently served as managing director and head of financial institutions at Jefferies Australia, advising publicly listed and APRA-regulated financial institutions.
Prior to Jefferies Australia, Cleary was a managing director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch at the Financial Institutions Group in New York, advising American and global banks.
