An anonymous man who had sued Usher for allegedly exposing him to herpes during a sexual encounter has dropped his demand for the singer to turn over his medical records.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the unidentified man is withdrawing his motion to compel.

Early this year, the John Doe had filed a motion to compel demanding the singer to turn over documents, including his confidential medical history and possible settlements in the past.

Usher had refused to hand over any documents at the time.

John Doe claimed he had sex with Usher at a Koreatown spa in Los Angeles.

Last year, a woman named Quantasia Sharpton, along with two other unidentified persons, had sued the singer claiming they all had sexual relations with Usher. They all alleged that he risked their health by not telling him about his alleged diagnosis and sought damages.
