Tuesday, ZOOtech, a unit of Zoo Digital Group PLC (ZOO.L) revealed a deal with Mattel Inc. (MAT) to develop several high-profile DVD games, including the High School Musical 2 DVD Board Game and 1 vs. 100 DVD Game. ZOOtech said its DVD-EXTRA STUDIO develops complex interactivity in order to produce game-play true to each property at the highest possible levels of quality and compatibility. Further, DVD-EXTRA STUDIO offers the ability to cost-effectively localize game titles and, most recently, worked on the production of the German, Italian, Spanish and French versions of Mattel's original High School Musical DVD Board Game.

The Federal Reserve policy session was in focus as it was the first to be led by the new chief Kevin Warsh. In Europe, central banks of the U.K. and Switzerland announced their rate decisions. In Asia, the Bank of Japan drew attention for its policy moves, while data out of China threw some light on the state of the economy.
