Cafe De Coral Holdings FY26 Results Down; Declares Final Dividend; Stock Up 15%

Cafe de Coral Holdings Ltd. (0341.HK) Monday said that its attributable profit declined 39.5 percent in fiscal 2026, impacted by a challenging business environment in Hong Kong as well as Mainland China. The company also announced a final dividend.

On the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, 0341.HK is trading up 15.4 percent on Monday's trading at HK$4.570.

The Hong Kong-based fast food group reported profit attributable to equity holders of HK$164.1 million, or HK$0.29 per share, for fiscal 2026, down 29.5 percent from last year's HK$232.7 million, or HK$0.40 per share.

During the year, pre-tax income declined to HK$188.63 million from HK$267.42 million in fiscal 2025.

Annual revenue came in at HK$8.18 billion, down 4.5 percent from HK$8.57 billion recorded a year ago.

The company also declared a final dividend of HK30 cents per share, higher than last year's HK25 cents per share.
