Running may be linked with significant increases in life span, according to a new study from researchers at the Iowa State University. For the study the researchers collected health data from 55,000 adults aged 18 to 100 over a 15-year period. Roughly one quarter of the participants associated as a runners. They found that those who ran even very small amounts decreased risk of death.
