Friday, exploration and development company Uranium Resources, Inc. (URRE) said it appointed Donald Ewigleben as president, chief executive officer and chief operating officer, succeeding David Clark, who has resigned as president, chief executive officer and a director of the company, effective September 3, 2009.
The Lewisville, Texas-based company also said it named Ewigleben as a director to fill the vacancy on the board created by Clark's resignation. URRE closed Thursday's regular trading at $0.95 per share on the Nasdaq.
