Global Partners LP (GLP) said it has priced an offering of 3.4 million common units representing limited partner interests in Global Partners LP at $22.75 per common unit in an offering registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
In connection with the offering, Global Partners LP granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 510 thousand common units to cover over-allotments, if any. Global Partners LP intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to reduce indebtedness outstanding under its credit agreement. Global Partners LP expects to close the sale of common units on March 19, 2010.
