Monday, Kendle International Inc. (KNDL) said that it appointed Mark Roseman, D.Sc., as the company's new senior vice president and chief marketing officer, effective immediately. Roseman brings to Kendle more than 20 years of senior operations leadership and strategic account development experience in the clinical services industry and will have executive-level responsibility for the company's worldwide sales and strategic partnership development efforts.
Roseman will report directly to Chairman and CEO Candace Kendle, PharmD, and will serve on the company's executive committee. Roseman assumes the senior vice president and CMO role from Simon Higginbotham who will transition to an external consulting role providing strategic marketing and business development support services for the company.
KNDL closed Monday's last trade at $8.02, down $0.35 or 4.18%, on a volume of 84 thousand shares on the Nasdaq. In the after hours the stock traded up 0.02%
