A biopic centering on the relationship between Mick Jagger and Keith Richards is currently in the works, leading to rumors that the Rolling Stones' frontman may be portrayed by One Direction's Harry Styles.
"Harry on stage can pass as a dead ringer for Jagger. If he can transform this image into a movie role, then he's going to be a serious candidate to get the part. The signs so far are good," a source told the UK tabloid The People.
Virgin Produced previously purchased the film rights to Exile on Main Street: a Season in Hell, Robert Greenfield's book about the making of the 1972 Rolling Stones album.
The film, like the book by Greenfield, centers on the "professional and personal relationship between head Stones Jagger and Richards as the band record their classic Exile on Main Street album in the south of France in the summer of 1971," according to deadline.com.
