Neurobiological CEO to retire on Dec.31 - Quick facts

Neurobiological Technologies, Inc. (NTII) said that Paul Freiman, president and chief executive officer, has announced his intent to retire on December 31 after 11 years of service. The Company expects Freiman to continue to serve on the Board.

Freiman is the former chief executive officer of Syntex Corporation of Palo Alto, California.

A committee has been formed by the Board of Directors, headed by NTI director, William A. Fletcher, Chairman of Teva North America, to search for a new CEO and has engaged the services of a retained search firm.
