Brunswick Corp. (BC) announced that it has appointed Kristin Coleman as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Coleman will assume her duties May 20.
Coleman, who most recently was vice president and associate general counsel for Mead Johnson Nutrition Company, previously, had been with Brunswick from 2003 - 2008. Prior to joining Brunswick, Coleman was an attorney with Sidley Austin Brown & Wood in Chicago.
