Fabolous hit the top of the Billboard 200 chart with his fifth studio release, “Loso’s Way,” on August 15, 2009. The album followed his 2007 release “From Nothin' to Somethin’” and features the singles “Throw It in the Bag,” “My Time,” "Everything, Everyday, Everywhere,” and "Money Goes, Honey Stay (When the Money Goes Remix).”
When the album hit number one, it claimed the top spot from “Here We Go Again” by Demi Lovato. Fab held on the top spot with the album until he was finally upended by country duo Sugarland’s “Live on the Inside.”
“Throw It In The Bag” hit the top of the Billboard Hot 100 and, speaking with MTV, Loso explained:
"[It is] another fun record from Fab that has some energy. You can move to it. The girls are gonna like the message to it. Just go out there and not pay attention to what a price tag says: 'Just throw it in the bag.' It's a little motivation for people to go shopping and have some fun with it, too, in the recession."
