Jimmy Buffett's latest album, Encores, debuted in the number seven spot on the Billboard 200 chart this week.
The double CD features 22 live renditions of Buffett's hits, recorded during his 2008 Year of Still Here tour and his 2009 Summerzcool tour. The album is available exclusively through Walmart and Margaritaville.com.
In the liner notes of the album, Buffett writes: "Encores is a collection of well known and not so well known songs that I think provide a happy ending to a musical meal . . . and dessert has always been my favorite."
Buffett kicked off his Under the Big Top summer tour on April 24 in Tampa, Florida, and will wrap up the tour with a September 4 show in Bristow, Virginia.
