On Monday night, September 10, Gene Simmons will be singing the national anthem at the Oakland Raiders/San Diego Chargers football game.

The KISS frontman will be making an appearance as part of the pre-game festivities that will occur. Ice Cube will also be singing an anthem that he wrote especially for the team, as part of the Pepsi NFL Anthems promotion.

Those who arrive at least one hour before the game will be entered to win prizes, such as field passes, locker room tours and autographed memorabilia from Raider legends and current players.

KISS' upcoming album Monster, featuring the lead single, "Hell or Hallelujah," will be released on October 16. Guitarist Paul Stanley recently promised fans that the new album will feature all-new material and no "recycled riffs."
