Kanye West's sixth studio album has been certified platinum.
The Recording Industry Association of America gave Ye's Yeezus the nod after it shipped approximately 630,000 units since its June 18 release.
The certification marks West's seventh platinum album, including a platinum effort in Watch The Throne, his joint release with Jay Z.
The RIAA announced the achievement on Twitter: "Congratulations to @kanyewest on his 7th @RIAA #Platinum album award for 'Yeezus' - he's 7 for 7! W @DefJamRecords"
West is rumored to be working on new material in the studio, while his Yeezus tour begins its next leg in February.
He was in the news earlier this week for allegedly attacking an 18-year-old man who repeatedly insulted his fiance, Kim Kardashian.
