Prince has unveiled a lyric video for his 3RDEYEGIRL collaboration track "ANOTHERLOVE."
"ANOTHERLOVE" is featured on Prince's recent album PLECTRUMELECTRUM, which was released in September. This song was originally written by Alice Smith, Rebecca Jordan and Reginald "Syience" Perry, and released on Smith's album She. Prince covered the track with his band 3RDEYEGIRL at his own Paisley Park Studios.
Prince released PLECTRUMELECTRUM simultaneously with Art Official Age on September 30. The album debuted at number eight on the Billboard 200 and sold 26,000 copies in its first week. In its second week of sales, the album dropped down to number 47 on the chart, selling 7,000 copies. Meanwhile, Art Official Age debuted at number five on the Billboard 200 and topped the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.
