Kanye West has announced via Twitter that he's changed the name of his upcoming album to Swish. He made the announcement on Sunday, May 3.
"I'm changing my album name to SWISH," he wrote, later adding, "I might change it again but that's the name now."
The Verge speculated that West may be just goofing on his fans and critics alike.
"Will Swish be basketball-themed like Lil B's Hoop Life? Are we driving ourselves into a self-perpetuating cycle of doubt and disillusionment? We may never know."
On February 28, Kanye announced that the name of the album would be So Help Me God, also sharing a religious-themed cover image.
So far, Ye has not released many details, keeping the track list and release date under wraps.
