Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea will perform at Paris' Le Trianon theater as part of Pathway to Paris, a concert designed to raise awareness about the urgency of climate action.

The event will coincide with the UN Climate Change Conference, which takes place between November 30 and December 11 in Paris.

Flea joins Radiohead's Thom Yorke and Patti Smith - both of whom also performed at the inaugural Pathway To Paris in September 2014 - and Dhani Harrison for the 2015 Pathway To Paris.

The event was co-founded by musician-activists Jesse Paris Smith and Rebecca Foon, both of whom will appear at the concert alongside featured speakers Bill McKibben, Naomi Klein and Vandana Shiva.

The 2015 Pathway to Paris takes place on December 4. All proceeds for the event benefit the global climate movement 350.org.
