European Economics Preview: France Industrial Output Data Due

Industrial production from France and Italy are due on Tuesday, headlining a light day for the European economic news.

At 2.00 am ET, Statistics Norway releases consumer and producer prices for March. Inflation is expected to rise to 2.4 percent from 2.2 percent in February.

At 2.45 am ET, France's statistical office Insee publishes industrial output data for February. Industrial output is expected to grow 1.4 percent on month, reversing a 2 percent drop in January.

At 3.00 am ET, consumer price figures are due from the Czech Republic and Hungary. Czech inflation is seen easing to 1.7 percent in March from 1.8 percent in February. Meanwhile, Hungary's inflation is forecast to rise to 2.1 percent in March from 1.9 percent a month ago.

At 4.00 am ET, Italy's Istat is set to issue industrial output figures. Industrial output is expected to grow 0.8 percent on month in February, slower than the 1.9 percent increase registered in January.
