Iceland Wage Growth Accelerates In July

Iceland's wage growth accelerated in July after easing in the previous two months, figures from Statistics Iceland showed Wednesday.

The wage index climbed 6.3 percent year-over-year in July, faster than the 5.9 percent rise in June.

On a monthly basis, wage index increased 0.4 percent from June, when it rose by 0.7 percent.

The real wage index advanced 3.5 percent annually and by 0.3 percent monthly in July.
