The company expects to report third quarter EPS of $0.25, which is below the consensus estimate of $0.27. Shares of Trimble Navigation rose sharply throughout the first half hour of Wednesday's session, before settling into a range. The stock closed up by $2.61 at $23.93 on strong volume. Trimble Navigation climbed above resistance and set nearly a 10-month high.
