Sunday, passengers on a British Airways Plc (BAY, BAY.L) plane have taken part in an emergency evacuation on Barcelona International Airport (Spain) after smoke report in cockpit during the flight, media reported.
The reports stated that there were fumes in the Boeing 757's cabin shortly after it landed at 0945 local time in Spain. The aircraft was traveling from London Heathrow to Barcelona with 176 passengers, two pilots and five cabin crew.
British Airways said its engineers were investigating the cause of the incident on the flight which had been scheduled to land at the airport from Heathrow.
