Wednesday, Zebra Technologies Corporation (ZBRA) said it has appointed Jim Kaput as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, effective August 31. Kaput will report to chief executive officer Anders Gustafsson.
Prior to joining Zebra, Kaput served as counsel to chairman for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He has also worked as senior vice president and general counsel at The ServiceMaster Company and was a partner in Sidley Austin LLP's corporate and securities group.
