Galliford Try PLC (GFRD.L) announced that it has received four contracts for GBP 82.8 million in the hotel and residential sectors.
The company said that the first contract of GBP 30 million is to develop a 186-bedroom Radisson Hotel in Guildford, southern England, while another GBP 28 million contract is to redevelop Coworth Park Estate in Sunningdale, Berkshire.
The company also been awarded GBP 16.8 million contract to redevelop the Heythrop Park Resort in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, for the Firoka Group.
In the residential sector, Galliford Try will build a 136-room student accommodation block in London for GBP 8 million.
