Broadview Networks said that it has completed the purchase of select assets of Natural Convergence Inc. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
As a result of the purchase, the company now owns the intellectual property of NCI's premier application, Silhouette, as well as other related software and materials.
Steve Pequegnat, who will report to Ken Shulman, Broadview Networks' chief technology officer, will lead development and support staff operations in Ottawa.
Broadview Networks is a control investment of MCG Capital Corp. (MCGC).
