Continental Resources Prices $300 Mln Debt Offering - Quick Facts

Continental Resources Inc. (CLR) said that it has priced its private placement of $300 million of 8.25% senior unsecured notes due 2019. The notes were sold at 99.160% of par to yield 8.375% to maturity. The offering is expected to close on September 23, subject to customary closing conditions.

Continental intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of the borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility.
